INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE FEE:
2 Day Registration (November 1 & 2): 2000 RMB 
3 Day Registration (November 1-3): 2500 RMB  Please note that this includes the 1/2 Day excursion Pedal Through the Heart of Beijing: Central Axis Tour |  骑行穿越北京之心：中轴线之旅

SCHOOL TEAM CONFERENCE FEE (from schools with 3 or more participants):

2 Day Registration (November 1 & 2): 1500 RMB per participant

3 Day Registration (November 1-3): 1875 RMB per participant. Please note that this includes the 1/2 Day excursion Pedal Through the Heart of Beijing: Central Axis Tour |  骑行穿越北京之心：中轴线之旅

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Deadline: FRIDAY, September 20 (or as soon as we reach capacity)

Presentation Proposal Deadline: SUNDAY, September 8th

The conference fee will cover the keynote and conference sessions, lunch and refreshments, hotel shuttle to school, and other conference operating costs.

Get 50% off the registration fee if your presentation proposal is selected! Enjoy a 25% group discount for registrations of 3 or more individuals from your school.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If notice of cancellation is received 30+ days prior to the event, fees will be refunded, and an admin fee of $50/RMB 350 will be deducted per participant from the amount paid. Fees are non-refundable for cancellation notices received within 30 days before the event. 

• In the event of cancellation of a conference/PD event, registration fees will be fully refunded. However, ISB will be unable to refund any travel, visa or accommodation expenses incurred.

The conference planning team will acknowledge your registration via e-mail.  Please note that your registration is confirmed after we have received your fees by WeChat or bank transfer. Thank you!​
